to reach our objectives; we have to determine before, what we want to obtain, this study aims at trying to recognize how can sports clubs work on attracting new financing sources to face to financial challenges which they suffer every season ,and their attempt to reach substitutes which may provide for them the financial proceeds to satisfy their needs .and getting rid of the total dependence on state .The importance of the study to is revealed in the attempt to find effective financial plans and policies to supply sportive clubs and improving the ways of management and utilizing the establishments ,developing the ways of the sportive direction and showing the importance of the professional proficiencies in the field of the financial management and incanting challenges and proposing substitute’s through which the sports clubs cam realize a big financial gain.
