Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) considered one of the primary keys of economic development in many countries all over the world due to the varied achieved advantages including reducing unemployment rates, enhancing domestic GDP, relative price stability and the continuous improvement of products quality.

These benefits will be achieved through the adoption of modern technological and administrative innovations.

As a result, SMEs should pay more attention to adopt or implement innovations, which is a complex process that requires serious and systematic work that will inevitably require challenges to be implemented.
