The study aims at recognizing the Attitudes of officers studying at the Royal Police Academy towards organizational silence in the Directorate of Public Security in Jordan.

The researcher used the analytical description method where the “study population” consisted of (111) officers studying at the Royal Police Academy from different units in the Public Security Directorate in the year 2019.

Which a random sample that reached to (50) questionnaires were taken using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS); In order to find the figure and the value of the (mean) to do the statistical analysis.

- The study reached a number of results; most important ones as follows: The study found that there is an interest from the Directorate of Public Security to invest in human resources from the selection, training and education, especially in the youth category, because the presence of this category within the workers has the effect of reducing the organizational silence in the workplace and their ability to bring about the change.

The study showed that through the respondents' responses, that the supervisors encourage the employees to talk to them about any issues that occur in the workplace.

The study showed that there is a great impact of encouraging leaders and supervisors the employees to talk about work problems, which is encourage their colleagues to work in a team spirit, and to go out of silence and talk to supervisors about work problems and not to consider work problems is only specialists and leaders issues, but all employees issues .

- The study came up with a number of recommendations, most important ones are: Increasing the encouragement of supervisors at different levels of management to motivate their employees to talk about the problems of work, and work in the concept of partnership and in a team spirit, and not to take silence as a way to avoid problems and maintain the advantages of work.

increase the holding of periodic meetings and workshops and brainstorming among officials and their employees at various levels of management, because of their significant impact on motivating them to get out of silence and talk about the problems of work and expand the circle of confidence and increase their effectiveness .
