The widespread of using computer and the internet caused a wide increase in Crimes by this technique , as the predator in such crimes has the chance to do this kind of crimes without leaving a trace to reach him and to be judged in.

This research deals with electronic evidence in cybercrimes and the problems of proof in cybercrimes and how to deal with.

In the first search, we have explained the definition of the information guide, its properties, and its conditions.

In the second search, we have explained the inspection, the control of the information guide, and the procedures of how to extract and deal with.

In the third search, we have discussed the difficulties facing the proof of cybercrimes.

In the fourth search, we have discussed the authorities’ evidence of information in some comparative laws
