Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of the work teams in building organizational knowledge from the point of view of the professor of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Djelfa.

The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information.

The study was applied to a sample of (35) professors from the study population (126).

In order to test the hypothesis of the study, multiple regression was used through the SPSS program.

Multiple regression analysis results were shown the presence of impact of the work teams on the level of organizational knowledge building from the point of view of the permanent university professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commerce and Management Sciences (University of Djelfa), Through the influence of both creativity and coordination in building knowledge
