Abstract EN

The main aim of this study is to identify the attitudes of students in the sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities .Towards learning to swim,and that important to find out the psychological state of students, especially ,Concerned and fear of water.

We have studied differences of students desire about swimming ,according to age variable - sex and practice (experience), as we relied on the descriptive approach in the study and the sample was chosen in a deliberate way and we used it a measure of the trend towards learning to swim in order to collect evidence about the phenomenon studied.

This study revealed that students of the Second year in Science and Technology Physical and sporting activities at Djelfa University have negative attitudes towards learning ,Swimming through the total score of the scale also revealed that there are no differences in attitudes between males and females towards swimming learning.

as well as results showed there are no differences between students towards learning to swim due to the age factor as well as there are no differences due to the variable practice and from it must be increased Students' desire towards swimming in order to develop skillful performance andachievegoalsIn the university education course.
