Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to monitor the modem communication methods used to cope with crises at Egypt Air,to identify the concept of crisis management, and the role of communication strategies in modern management.

The sample of the analytical study is to monitor and analyze the following three crises: the crisis of the hijacking of EgyptAir flight 181 on 29 March 2016, the crisis of the EgyptAir pilots on 11 May 2016 and the crash of EgyptAir flight number M804 on 19 May 2016.

The researcher used the content analysis tool.

The results indicated that the search elements and ease of use were available on Facebook,with frequencies of (3) which is equivalent to75%, while the same elements were available on Twitter, with frequencies of (4) which is equivalent to 100%.

On Facebook there were (a search engine box, a sitemap provided, signs of easy entry and exit, no links to sections of the site) available,While all the items were available on Twitter.

EgyptAir pages on social network sites were very interactive.

The three elements of interaction (likes, comments, shares) were available on both sites with frequencies of (3) which is equivalent to 100%.
