Abstract EN

The researchers discussed in the first chapter the importance of research has addressed an important issue because it is trying to identify the administrative control system, which should be the administrative bodies in the sports clubs and their relationship to the strategy of planning for human resources.

And the problem of research, we see that some administrative bodies of sports clubs do not deal objectively and the absence of justice during the planning of human resources.

The study was designed to build and design a questionnaire for the system of administrative control and the construction and legalization and implementation of the strategy of human resources planning and the relationship between themThe second chapter deals with the most important terms mentioned in the title of the research.

The third chapter deals with the methodology of the research, where the researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research sample which represented the administrators of Iraq clubs and the field research procedures such as building the form and the scale and extracting standard grades and standard levels In the fourth chapter, the results of the research were discussed.

In the fifth chapter, the researchers concluded that the current questionnaire is a tool for detecting the administrative control system and the current scale is a tool for detecting the human resources planning strategy.

The researchers recommended adopting the questionnaire and the scale in the administrative work in Iraqi clubs
