Desert tourism is one of the most important types of tourism promising in Algeria because of the provide of its basics of arguing , however, we find that the level of this activity is less than the aspirations expected, and this is due to several obstacles to its development, Total quality management of the tourism sector institutions can be concedred among the important entrances to develop it, but that depends on the provision of the requirements of this administrative approach.
