Abstract EN

The practice of the associative activity depends on legal structures ruled by decrees and legislations which are different from one country to another.

Despite these differences, it has to be committed to ethics based in turn on sources and governed by conventions and usages having a common human aspect.

It is certain that this commitment has a clear impact in negative and positive way on the associative action in its various dimensions especially the sociologic one.

and here our paper is focused to hilight the legal and ethical sides of the associative action and its poly impacts in Algeria.
