This research aims to show the role of the environmental habilitation of small and medium enterprises in the construction of a green Arab institutions by consider it as an available opportunity and not a problem.
And we came up through this research that the Arab small and medium enterprises seek to green its operations by: the application of the clean production mechanism, laying the useful environmental behaving system, accompanying the institutions to laying the environmental behaving system ISO 14001 and the use of the environmental label, in the framework of what is know "green Arab small and medium enterprises".
