The effective and efficient management of these crises require knowledge about crisis management methodology.

this paper came to shed light on this methodology in terms of: principles, diagnosis approaches of crises, the crisis management stages, methods and requirements for the success of the management process.

before that the definition of organizational crises and their causes, finally means of prevention.
