The aim of this study is definning the role of internal quality auditing in mechanisms of continuous improvement from the enterprise who adopting quality management system.
As a result, we conducted a empirical study on the Cement Industry Entreprise SCAEK as one of the first Algerian entreprises who obtain the certification ISO 9001.
We found that SCAEK uses internal quality auditing to improve the performance of its process.
In order of the presentation of organization features of the internal audit process, making it a continuous source for creating optimization perspectives and designing development projects for its process, farther than all leaders use internal quality auditing in leadership the performance of their process.
