This study dealt with the topic of social responsibility and the most important international experiences in the field of social responsibility, which has succeeded to some extent in the application of this concept, especially the experience of USA and some European Union countries, and this is intended to benefit from these experiences under the increasing excesses of States Especially developing countries with public and private organizations that have become less committed to their social responsibilities, revealing the real need to embrace this responsibility in its various economic, legal, ethical and charitable dimensions, since social malpractice is reflected in the state and its organizations and society as a whole.
