The issue of security is prominent in the writings of international relations scholars, this importance lies in two levels: academic and practical.

On the academic side, the importance lies in the centralization of the issue of security as a research program in classical and modern theoretical scopes and approaches to international relations, while at the practical level, it lies through the degree of knowledge of these countries in their internal and external security environment and the impact on the formulation of their security systems.
