Intertextuality is one of the developed critical theories of the present day ,that have took a great importance from the critics, and learners, and researchers ,and creative’s ,because it is a critical tool that can solve the creative texts .from its different origins by discovering the nature of the relation that has contributed to formation it ,and figuration it.

This research paper try to expose the beauty of the religion intertexuality in the Collection of short stories which has marked by the wind in the last of the night to the Algerian writer Bachir Amri .What subsumed by Contemporary connotations reflect the unique human experience.
