Abstract EN

The Construction and development of any industrial activity involves the availability of many qualifications for its settlement .

Such qualifications are represented by ( income , raw materials , energy and fuel , the workers , transportation and marketing )and the effect of these factors on the geographical distribution of the industrial position of the carbonated drinks in the center of Al-Hilla Province .

The study focuses on showing the role of the qualifications of the industrial position such as ( land , water , climate ) on the settlement carbonated drinks industries in Heir presort positions .

The study shows that the distribution of such positions was specially variable , this represented by the Concentration of this industry with in two factories ( Al-Araby and Al- Juhara ) and the second in south eastern extreme of the province which includes ( Al- Waha Company ) , indicating that each factor of settlement has taken its role in the formation and success of these industries in Heir presort positions .

The study also deals with the problems that face this industry witch are related to a number of geographical factors of the settlement factor , but such problems can be controlled has the researcher provides a number of recommendations and suggestions for dealing with such problems.
