Adopting the detainees’ reintegration policy for the subsequent life rather than their release and their social reintegration is ultimately considered as a protection of the society from the crime.

To achieve that, the legislator put several rehabilitation methods within the closed environment, in which it is ranging between opening the opportunity for detainees to do a work; and allowing them to receive education (general or technical) as well as the organization of vocational training.
As it allows them to learn a craft, which goes along with their preferences, and physical and mental abilities.
