The objective of this study is to know the skills in the choice of football players compared with the observations used in clubs or in the different categories of the national team which are insufficient for the development of the means of evaluation in order to select the best Players.

This is what to notice the low level of the various Algerian selections that does not manage to rise to the world or African level.

It is for this reason that this study has been programmed for category 20 in the west of Algeria to discover the reality of the observation tan that iniqual mean of selection and their result para for the tests and measurements.

The result are proved That he had players of very good physical and technical standing but who were marginalized or ignored, that is why we ask for the training of coaches for scientific selection which is based on physical and technical tests and this to avoid The loss of talent and for good Algerian football.
