لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية توضيح الدور الهام الذي تلعبه مبادئ حوكمة البنوك في الحد من الأزمات، مع إسقاط الدراسة النظرية على حالة أزمة البنوك الخاصة في الجزائر (2003).
ولقد توصلنا بعد إتمامنا لهذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج تمثلت أهمها في أن حدوث الأزمات يرتبط بعلاقة طردية وطيدة مع درجة تخلي البنوك عن تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة، كما قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتوضيح كيف تسبب ضعف الالتزام بهذه المبادئ في تفجير أزمة البنوك الخاصة في الجزائر وتحولها إلى أزمة شملت النظام البنكي الجزائري ككل، هذا الضعف الذي مس كل مبادئ وأدوات حوكمة البنوك.
Abstract EN
We have tried through this research paper to explain the important role played by the bank governance principles in crises reduction, With a case study of the crisis of private banks in Algeria (2003).
After the completion of our study, we have reached a set of results the most important is the financial crises are linked to a strong positive relationship with a degree of the non-application of the bank governance principles.

Nous avons essayé à travers cet article de clarifier le rôle important joué par les principes de la gouvernance bancaire dans la réduction des crises, avec l’étude de cas de la crise des banques privées en Algérie (2003).
Nous avons conclu après l’achèvement de cette étude à plusieurs résultats dont le plus important est que la crise est liée à une relation forte et directe avec le degré d’abandon de l’application des principes de gouvernance par les banques.
