The international training function is one of the most important functions of multinational corporations in order to ability to build a strong competitive position in the international market.

Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify the role of multinational companies in the training of cadres expatriate in order to reduce an early return home.

To know this role, it has been to rely on many points, including the concept of international training and its methods, stages models, and the key role for that as an anchor for a successful return.

As a result, international training facilitates the adaptation of expatriates within the host country, thus making it a major contribution to the successful completion of the international mission.
