Abstract EN

This study has aimed to shed light on the effect of adopting learning organization on intellectual capital at the power generating plant in Jijel through a questionnaire submitted to 283 workers.

15% of the population has been randomly selected out.

Only 30 questionnaires were duly filled out and found fit for analysis.

The study has concluded that the plant tended to adopt averagely the concepts of learning organization and intellectual capital.

It has also been proven that there is a strong positive correlation reaching 0.99 at the indicator 0.01 with a coefficient estimated at 0.98 between the variables.
