The study problem was aimed at proposing a schematic conception of social democracy as a direction in the making of social policy in Egypt، and reaching an outlook for the study of social democracy in Egypt.

In order to make social policy in the context of social democracy in Egypt، a descriptive study، and a sample social survey methodology، the study was applied to a random sample of experts in social policy and democracy Social fold، was an interview with experts and specialists، and the most important results of the study it has achieved its goals and answered its questions، and tested hypotheses، and reached a diagram depicting social democracy، and forward-looking vision for making social policy
