Abstract EN

The study attempts systemic approach and communicative process information and interlocking relationship which they have, where the study is trying to prove that the information system approach cannot be interpreted and understood correctly without linking it to the theory of communication, by virtue of the receipt of the several verses of the Quran dealing with two concepts without reference with direct appellation, but they explain clearly how approaches are linked.

We have proved that by the senses of both Quranic verses (6th of SOURAT ALHOUJOURAT and 2nd of SOURAT ANNABA'A).
