Abstract EN

The current study aims to explore the impact and effectiveness of a training program designed for uncertified (non-education degree) kindergarten teachers in the sultanate Oman to manage the preschool children behavior in classrooms.

The sample consisted of 19 kindergarten teachers ’’non-education degree”.

The study relied on a quasi-experimental curriculum.

One of the most important results of the study is the effectiveness of the program in the development of basic-strategies in the teachers classroom behavior management, as well as the effectiveness of the program in the development of a number of sub-strategies of the management of classroom behavior such as time out, ignoring, story, role-playing and art.
