Abstract EN

The present study explores the educational value conflict in Jordan ; "its reasons and results".

The sample of the study consists of "134" educational leaders (2015 / 2016).

The instrument of the study includes 20 items distributed on two fields : Firstly, related to values conflict of educational leaders and organizational؛ it consists of 8 items.

Secondly, related to the values conflict of supervisors and values of managers; it consists of 12 items.

The study revealed that the degree of educational value conflict in Jordan was average.

Also, the results indicated that there is a significant statistical difference at (a = 0.05) between the two means of individuals of the sample grades and the educational leaders on the value conflict as a whole due to the variable of gender in favor of females and the variable of experience in favor of those whose experience exceeds 10 years.

The study recommended training programs for the educational leaders to decrease the gap between the values of educational leaders and the institutions.
