Abstract EN

Language is from no doubt an interesting tool for thought and creativity and social communication.

It is also the power by which any kinds of literacy or science or culture are to be growing up.

That is because there is no particular differs between linguistic development and other parts of development in modern society.

The present paper attempt to discuss this critical issue by giving some insights about three main resources which can contribute frequently in the study of Arabic linguistics and can use by many sorts as functionalistic tools in the plans toward Arabic language management.
