The current research aimed to answer the following questions : What is the Form of the "Cell Unit” in the light of Using Neural 1-Branching Strategy? What is the effectiveness of Using Neural Branching Strategy 2in developing the Reflective Thinking for Secondary School Students? What is the effectiveness of Using Neural Branching Strategy 4in developing the Self Regulated Learning for Secondary School Students? The researcher prepared the following Instruments: (A) The experimental intervention : (B) Measurement and Evaluation Instruments 1- The Reflective Thinking Test.

It was tested the validity of research hypotheses: 1- There is a statistically significant difference between the Experimental Group and Control Group in Reflective Thinking Test in the Favor of the Experimental Group.
