The knowledge management is an influential management discipline, the universities and high education institutions were and still the most conserned by this management field.
for the purpose of increasing the internal performance and quality of outcomes to meet the job market requerments.
in this study we will illustrate the use and the benefits of knwolege management by comparing, evaluating and analazing some foreign cases study worldwide to determine the possibility of benchmarking processes in this particular field.
