Abstract EN

The aim of the present study is to identify the nature of the relationship between performance evaluation and continuous improvement In organizations, To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 200 workers, In the productive enterprise of mechanical industries (ORCIN), based In Relizane (Algeria).

The study concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the performance evaluation strategy and the continuous improvement process.

The study also made it possible to highlight the importance of this subject in achieving the goals and success of the organizations, One of the main recommendations of this study was to deepen the view of officials and managers on the strategy of assessing the performance of the two operations, instilling a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and establishing the principles of (TQM).
