The system seeks to shed light on this system in the Islamic and Israel (Mosaic), to clarify the points of convergence and differences between them depending on the original texts of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad for the Islamic financial system and the book of the Torah (Covenant The old) for the legislation of the children of Israel, and has taken a comparative analytical approach in this study, which committed neutrality and make comparisons to show the confusion that prevailed between the laws of Israel by their counterparts who have initiated economic laws to serve their interests.
