The objective of this paper is to identify the importance of the role of public relations management in the banking institutions.
Public relations has become a tool for each successful management and has become increasingly important due to the pressures of the environment surrounding the institution.
Or external, as our goal through this paper to identify what public relations as well as the importance of public relations in the management of crises in the banking institution and how to use them in achieving the objectives of the bank.
