Abstract EN

Nizam Al-Mulk At-Tusi (408-485 h / 1017-1092 AD) is considered as one of the most known Muslims political thinkers, and he was exceptional since he did not act like the Greek's political thinkers as many did beforehand.

Yet, he did not base his thoughts on the previous Muslim thinkers, and he did not even sail in imagination to come up with a utopian thought.

Instead, he started from his own reality and from his 30 years' experience as a leader.

He was a minister of Persian origin and culture on a Persian land that had Seljuk Turkish leaders, on which local government was established.

He presented his political thought in a book named «Siyasatnama» with a well-structured methodology, where he stated the issues and the cons of the country with its leaders.

Then, he proposed the solutions under a form of instructions and advises to the Sultan.

Those advises were based on what he heard and seen, not only from Muslims, but from every nation's experience that had a hand in making his ideas mature and loyal.

His precious ideas not only discussed his presence, but also contained his political thought that came before its era.
