Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the trend of the clients of Gulf Bank –Biskra Agency- about the readiness of Algerian banks to adopt the principles of governance.

To achieve this goal, 40 questionnaires, contains 18 questions, were distributed on a random sample.

35 recovered questionnaire are used for statistical analysis, represent 87.5% as a recovery rate.

The Data analysis, using SPSS statistical program: V: 24, showed the weakness of Gulf Bank –Biskra Agency- to adopt the principles of governance.

Thus more attention should be drawn from the Algerian banks to dopt the principles of governance.
