This study aims to show the impact of both the Opportunism and the factor of Information technology on the strategic alliance, through a sample of 31 cooperating Algerian institutions with their partners in the same field.
The analysis of the questionnaire data was also based on the SPSS program V22 and Smart PLS program V3.0 to build a model of structural equation and test validation of hypotheses.
The most important conclusion is the assertion that there is no effect between opportunism behavior and information technology on competitive cooperation.
