The current research aims to identify the gratitude of the faculty members to achieve the objectives.
A random sample of faculty members at the University of Baghdad was selected (360).
The Watkins (2014) scale was used after the translation of the scalecontions (44) Analysis of the data, the results indicated that the members of the faculty are grateful and there are no differences of statistical significance between the members of the faculty after sex and specialization and the current research to: 1- Staff members are grateful.
2- There are no differences of statistical significance among faculty members by sex variable (male - female).
3- There are no differences of statistical significance among the faculty members according to the variable of specialization (scientific - human).
In the light of the results, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
