The study aimed to identify the professional conscience in the current research sample, Psychological needs (each need separately) are defined in the research sample, The research sample consisted of (120) of (Journalists, university professors, doctors, administrative staff), They were selected in a simple random way, To achieve research objectives, a measure of professional conscience was built, And building a measure of psychological needs to ensure four needs(Self-realization, love and belonging, appreciation and respect, security), The properties of the cycometric properties were extracted from the recognition of vertebrae of veracity and stability for both measurements, The results showed that the level of professional conscience of the respondents is higher than the average in the society to which they belong, Also the level of needs was higher than the average they belong to, The needs did not show any contribution to the professional conscience, The research came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
