Abstract EN

This present research aimed to know: 1- Intellectual pollution of Middle School Student.

2- Indication of differences in intellectual pollution according to type variable(Male_ Female).

3- Prcedural Knowledge(disconnected- coneccted) of Middle School Students.

4- There is a positive realation between intellectual pollution and Prcedural Knowledge of Middle School Students.

To achieve the objectives of the present research,the researcher built an intellectual pollution scale of middle school students consisting of (36)items have embrace hade applied, and have embraced a measure of procedural knowledge (Galotti etal,1999), consisting of (20), and applied the scales on a sample of (500) a student of intermediate students Baghdad's Rusafa directorates (1, 2, 3) and karkh (1, 2, 3).

The researcher processed data by using SPSS on T- test of one sample and T-test on two independent sample and Pearson correlation coefficient, the results were: the middle students had intellectual pollution.

There are statistical significance diffrences of the intellectual pollution between males and females and in favor of males.

The middle students had procedural knowledge.

There is statistically significant relation between procedural knowledge and intellectual pollution.In the light of the conclusions reached some recommendations and proposals.
