Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to find out the effect of the developed problem-free style in the development of adaptive flexibility among university students.

In order to achieve this objective, The answer to the following zero hypotheses require : a.

There are no significant statistical difference between the experimental and control groups on the adaptive elasticity scale in the tribal test.

B.

There are no significant statistical difference between the experimental and control groups on the adaptive elasticity scale in the post-test.

The two researchers adopted a scale (Zimmerman, 1994) for adaptive flexibility, which was translated by (al-Moussawi, 2016).

The two researchers conducted the sincerity of the translation for accuracy.

The scale was applied to a sample of university students, the Humanities sections (400) students, and the experimental sample was (20) students divided by (10) students of the experimental groups and (10) students of the control groups.

After the statistical analysis, the results found that the developed problem-free talk style developed the adaptive flexibility of students who were weak.

The study came out with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
