Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of educational program in developing sympathy for students in psychological department of college of education.

sample of the study consisted of (23) male and female students from 3rd class of department and distributed over two groups: experimental and control.

the end of the study was pre-test on both groups: the program consisted of (12) lessons in offers to experimental group and the post-test on both groups, the results indicated that there was statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group.
