Government funding for small projects through soft loans programs is a major source of funding, helping to promote macroeconomic indicators in both developed and developing countries.

This study sought to find out the sources of funding for these projects, the main obstacles, financial and financing problems facing them, their macroeconomic relationship, Small Projects in Iraq.

The study also sought to investigate the impact of small business finance on small sector financing and to know the reality of these small projects in Iraq.
