This study aims at clarifying the concepts related to both Islamic finance and sustainable development, as well as highlighting the effective role played by the Islamic finance modes in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development.

The research concluded that there is a direct relationship between sustainable development and Islamic financing formulas, Which contribute effectively to reducing the phenomenon of unemployment and poverty, also to increase and diversify investment to meet the needs of individuals and reduce the costs of production.

so The Islamic financing formulas effectively contribute to achieve the integrated dimensions of development, which aims and to sustain livelihoods and improve the quality of Human life and satisfy the needs of future generations, which is the most important goal of sustainable development goals.
