The aim of this study is to identify the impact of hotel service innovation and its impact on the performance of hotels, specifically hotels operating in the Dead Sea. The impact of service innovation (new hotel service, improvement of existing hotel service provision, improved service delivery) Hotels by dimensions (occupancy rate, annual plan, market share). The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to reach the objectives of the study by providing a questionnaire by which data are collected and analyzed later using the statistical program. The study population consisted of all the hotels of the Dead Sea, which numbered (12) hotels and a random sample were chosen by random sampling method (10) hotels. The sampling unit consisted of employees in the job centers (director, assistant or deputy director), and those working in the General Administration of Hotels, the number (139) person. A total of 139 questionnaires were distributed on the total sampling unit and (109) responses were retrieved and all were valid for analysis by (78%) of the total. The study tool was the questionnaire and included (30) questions. The results of the study showed that :There is a significant statistical effect at the level of (0.05 = α) for the innovation of services (providing a new service, improving the existing hotel service, improving the method of service delivery) on the occupancy rate in hotels operating in the Dead Sea area. New service, improvement of existing hotel service, improvement of the delivery method Service) market share in the hotels operating in the Dead Sea area.The study reached several recommendations, most notably the interest in innovation by its three dimensions (providing a new service, improving the existing hotel service, improving the method of service delivery), which has a role in improving the level of service in the hotels of the Dead Sea, and maintaining continuity by adopting statistical means and records. The market and its growth that the interest in continuous development and improvement through the attention to innovation in hotel services leads to an increase in the proportion of work.
