The agricultural lands and their property in the Islamic West have experienced many problems that have evolved over time and have been addressed by many scholars since the Islamic conquest, problems that we will be interested in through questions addressed to jurists and judges of the Maghreb.
Recorded by Abu Zakaria Yahya Almoghili Mazouni (died 883 AH / 1478 AD) in his book Durar maknuna fi nawazil Mazouna, where the status of agricultural land in terms of origin and property was different from feudalism, which was different from feudalism in time.
