Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the problems of the university students of Hail College of education with regard to university services, and to identify differences depending on the variables of the level of study and specialization.

to achieve the aim of this study, the researcher prepared his questionnaire, which included 36 items its validity and reliability were verified .and distributed randomly on the study sample of 355 students at hail university, al-Shamli branch.

the results of the study showed that the degree of total arithmetic averages of the fields of study was lower.

student services were ranked first at a moderate level the materials were then recorded and withdrawn, while the academic supervision was very low.

then the office services and in the last rank came the teaching process.

the study showed that there were no differences due to specialization.

the absence of differences due to the impact of the level of the study.

the researcher recommended to take care of the work to provide services.
