إن من بين أهم الحقوق التي يتمتع بها المساهم داخل الشركة، حقه في الإعلام إلا أن ضرورة الحفاظ على مصلحة الشركة تتطلب إلزام بعض الهيئات الإدارية و الرقابية وأحيانا حتى المساهمين بكتمان بعض المعلومات ذات الطابع السري حتى لا تستفيد منها الشركات المنافسة و بالتالي الإضرار بالشركة مما يجعل هذا القيد حتمية لا مفر منها.
تتطلب توقيع جزاءات في حالة مخالفته.

the right to information is one of the most important rights enjoyed by the shareholder in a company, however, maintaining the interest of the company requires to directors, controllers and time shareholders not to disclose certain confidential information so that competing companies can benefit does therefore result in losses to the company on that this obligation which remains inevitable.

Le droit à l'information est l'un des droits les plus importants dont jouissent l'actionnaire au sein d’une société cependant le maintien de l’intérêt de la société nécessite aux administrateurs, contrôleurs et par fois aux actionnaires de ne pas divulguer certaines informations de nature confidentielle afin que les sociétés concurrentes ne puissent en profiter t par conséquent causer des pertes à la société sur ce cette obligation qui fait reste inévitable.
