Abstract EN

In the context of diversifying the national economy and finding alternatives to the shift from the rental economy to the productive economy, there has been a recent talk about the need to focus on small and medium enterprises, especially after the satisfactory results achieved by these enterprises in developed countries at the economic and social levels.

In this paper, we will try to shed more light on the small and medium enterprises as well as the various problems they face, while addressing the interest that Algeria has given to its last step in order to develop, support and upgrade it in order to achieve the desired economic development in light of the decline in oil prices and lack of financial resources.
