The purpose of the study was to determine the values of volunteering to be instilled in primary school students, to identify ways of instilling values of volunteer work for primary school students through the teacher, to identify ways of instilling values of voluntary work for primary students through school activities and to identify obstacles to instilling voluntary work values for students Primary stage.

The descriptive approach was used.

The study population consisted of primary school teachers in the general public education schools in Riyadh city, number (9794) teachers, and the sample number (392) teachers, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study, and the study reached the results: Strongly agree among the members of the study on the values of volunteer work required to instill it for the students in the primary stage.

The most prominent of these values are the calculation and demand of reward and reward from God Almighty and the realization of the spirit of social solidarity and the love of giving and giving to others, and that there is strong agreement among the members of the study on ways to instill values of volunteer work for primary students through the teacher, and the most prominent of these ways: The teacher emphasizes the importance of volunteering as a virtue urged by Islam, and that the teacher role model for his students to participate in volunteer work, Among the members of the study, on the ways to instill the values of voluntary work for primary students through school activities.

The most prominent of these are: the exploitation of school radio to introduce volunteering, and the establishment of voluntary campaigns within the school, The absence of school activities that promote the spirit of volunteering in the school community and the absence of a culture of voluntary work in the Community.
