The research aims to: .1identify the educational models used (serial fixed and variable) to learn and retain the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump.

-2identify the best approach to learn and retain the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump.

The search was imposing- : -There are significant differences between tribal and dimensional tests to learn and retain the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump and in favor of a posteriori tests differences The researchers address some theoretical studies and similar concerning the subject of the study and researchers used the experimental method The asymmetrical groups for suitability to the nature of the research problem and objectives were selected sample of community Find original and of students of the first phase / Evening Studies / in the Faculty of Physical Education / Mustansiriya University totaling (138) students for the academic year (2014 - 2015) distributed (3) people are (a, b, c) and the way intentional and for the purpose of knowledge of homogeneity among a sample search in some of the variables that have to do research the researchers extracted the torsion coefficient for each of the (height, weight, Age) The researchers experimenting on a reconnaissance group of students from outside the research sample numbered (8) included a special of the effectiveness of the long jump tests and is intended to recognize the possibility of physical tests and the researchers sought to find a scientific basis for the tests selected The researchers also conducted tests to tribal research sample included in the study to test the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump, with guarantees explain the test after her initial presentation model by the subject teacher and then applied by the students.

Through inform researchers on some private sources They develop an educational curriculum includes methods (serial fixed and variable).

As follows: -Curriculum took a period of (6) weeks -Number of educational units per week and two units -The number of modules for each skill (12) units in six weeks.

-Module is the one time (65 minutes) And after the end of the post tests were conducted and three research groups and of the circumstances and the same conditions that were in the tribal tests The use of statistical bag system (SPSS) for the extraction of search results and after the presentation and analysis of the results of the tribal tests and a posteriori the sample through the presentation of circles, standard deviations, in the illustrative tables after conducting the necessary statistical operations and three research groups to evaluate the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump and then analyze the results and discussion .astantj researchers Miley -The three methods (serial hard, serial variable, and normal) have achieved their goals in learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump and varying proportions.

-The use of methods (serial hard, serial variable) was better than the traditional method adopted by the teacher to learn the technical performance of the effectiveness of the long jump and the style followed by the regular teacher has achieved remarkable educated.
