Abstract EN

Strategic, Developmental Partnership between countries remains one of crucial policies and plans that long have been adopted by counties, this in order to achieve entire economic development and well utilizing of available resources.

This paper tends to adopt an idea that helps initiate of strategic partnership between Sudan, Ethiopia and Turkey, particularly aiming to use turkey's experience and technology in agricultural field, by founding number of joint agricultural-irrigated schemes, having in mind solving some ongoing threats… i.e.

famines, migration and population relocation.

The paper reaches that there is need for strengthen principles of co-operation and eliminate investment challenges between the three countries, toward founding of integrated modern agricultural schemes.
